OpenOffice starts very slowly

When I tried to run OpenOffice Calc this morning, it took several minutes. The flash screen came up immediately, the progress bar made it all the way to the right very quickly, then.... wait... wait...

Several minutes later Calc popped up.

Anyone else see this?

Yes, you are correct. Afetr an update, OO seems to be starting normally.
