I'd like to report or suggest a bug in Kubuntu Feisty 7.04 but I'm not sure what you'd call it or what exactly was the source or app that crashed.
What happened is I was using OpenOffice Writer, FireFox and Wireless applications (mostly Knetwork Manager) including wlassistant and KwifiManager. I'm not sure exactly which one initiated the crash but everything would hang and windows would freeze 'in each other.' Unforunately, I cannot describe it better than that but if there is some log I can access after the crash to report or witness some sort of information or documentation, it could be easier to describe and report?
This has happened at least twice. Seems pretty major (as it was really annoying).
To get out of it, I had to keep cancelling applications and I guess it took an exceptionally long time to process the attempted cancel but eventually it closed the programs. I didn't know what else to do as the freeze remained if I didn't try that.
I did google and search for the bug but couldn't confirm which one. I didn't find any that resembled the crash I experienced. At least, not yet.
