I am using Breezy with KDE3.5. I found that I cannot login into the acount I just created. I change the subgroups of the new account to make it have the same subgroups as that of the account created at the intallation time. This doesnot make any difference. I can login at from the virtual terminal, but when I run startx from text mode, I cannot get kde starting. No .kde or .qt directories are created after all these attempts.

Re: Bug: Cannot login in kdm using newly created account.
I make some attempts today.
Creating a .xsession file under the new user home directroy with the content "startkde" does not help. Creating a .xinitrc under new user home with "startkde", log in from virtual console, startx, I can enter kde desktop. But using kdm will not let me log into kde with the same user name.
Does anyone have similar problem?
