system error

Hello,
I am using version Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS

When I boot up my system I get this error ...
System program problem detected
Do you wish to report the problem now?

The problem I have is that there is no information on how to resolve this error.

Any guidance will be appreciated

We probably need much more info.
This is the Xfce section, are you using this desktop?
Are you using Kubuntu proper, or Ubuntu?
Are there any symptoms that might explain the message?

Does this happen every boot? Are there options to ignore/cancel? What happens if you proceed with reporting the problem? This step is probably where you find info on whatever the problem is.

This does not seem like a Plasma/KDE/Kubuntu issue, but it is hard to tell.
