audio cd software

What's a good program for making audio cd's. Something like nero. It also has to be able to import music and clean up old 45's.
Something like this is what I'm looking for.

Watch for replies from dibl. He does exactly what you are asking about - works with old LP's to convert to cleaned up audio files.
