upgrade to 5.13

Does anyone know how to upgrade to 5.13
I used

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade -y

but that only got me to 12.5

Waiting for new enough Ubuntu Qt builds to backport. Then it will need to be QAd when they are available. We will post on kubuntu.org when it's ready.

On Neon 273 apps just came down the pipe to upgrade 5.12.5 to 5.13.0

You need to mention the version of your operating system. If you're on Kubuntu and the version is 16.04 LTS, I understand the backports ppa won't provide 5.13 even when newer versions get it.

That's why I specified "non-rolling release distros"and the noble gas rejects the distro appellation if I understand the FAQ correctly

Not quite, it's a package archive with the latest KDE software on top of a stable base. While we have installable images, unlike full Linux distributions we're only interested in KDE software.
