    UHD 4k Support in Plasma

    Just registered ...

I've been using plasma since it's first release and have just upgraded to Kubuntu 17.04 so now am running 5.9.4.

I got a new Dell 4K laptop last year had some issues getting the Plasma to play nice in UHD but it's been working pretty well since 16.10. I am now having some new problems since going to 17.04.

The main things I have done to get 4K support are these:
    • In the fonts setting screen I have set the DPI to 192
    • In the Display configuration I have set "Scaling" to 2.
    • In /etc/sddm.conf I have the line: ServerArguments=-nolisten tcp -dpi 192

I have the cursor theme set to "Breeze".

My problem is that for some reason the window borders are reverting to the original DPI setting as can be seen in this video:

This only started happening after I did the upgrade so I wonder if it is an actual bug.

    Any help appreciated.
