Bluetooth Send File opens to choose application picker in kubuntu 17.10

The title pretty much says it all, I'm trying to bluetooth some files to a phone, pairing seems fine, I can even broadcast audio to my laptop from the phone (nifty!)

When I click "send file" from dolphin it opens the kde "Choose Application" dialog.

Is there a fix for this?
