[KDE] Search Tool displays deleted folders

Hello Guys,

I am trying to find a fix for a problem. Whenever I search something in the Kubuntu Search Feature, deleted folders appear. For example, I had a few pictures which I deleted in my home/pictures folder and they show up on the search feature. Anyone had the same issue before? I couldnt find anything in the forum nor in google..
