windows meta key to raise application menu

I have one install of Kubuntu where pressing the windows key activated teh application menu (dashboard).

I am trying to get the same functionality in another install, but for the life of me can't figure it out. Ideas?

    Hi mr_raider,

What is you version of KDE & Kubuntu? Is KDE version 5.8 or above?
There are several possibilities related to this problem e.g. the Atl+F1 configured properly for the application menu hotkey. Take a look at the following forum thread:
    https://forum.manjaro.org/t/kde-plas...-menu/11795/33

Let me know if I am out of scope with my answer.

Interesting. Setting to Alt-F1 actually enable the meta key.
