Plasma Media Center on your Kubu/Neon setup?

I would like to ask if specifically,

When PMC is running and stable, on the large "black area" to the bottom left.

Can you:

a) right click or whatever and see the different activity options that you might have?

b) left click or whatever and see the full applications menu, only in a narrow arrangement?

I do NOT have such options in the latest Kubu LTS.

If I have not explained my question sufficiently please ask.
