Found this rather extensive Dolphin service menu at kde-look.org - the only available versions were rpm and a makefile that checkinstall didn't like at all so I used alien to turn the rpm into an installable .deb

Installed it myself and was amazed by the options, most of which I wouldn't really use so I uninstalled the thing but someone else might like it. Works on KDE 4+

I popped this onto a public Google Drive; note that neither QApt nor gdebi will install this, you must use dpkg to install. No dependencies - I installed it with dpkg and uninstalled it with muon.

That's awesome! Have you considered contacting the author to see if he would include the .deb on his opendesktop.org (aka kde-look.org) app page? I think other users would certainly appreciate that.
