Hi everyone,
when I use KDE's "Suspend to RAM" feature, my screen goes dark and my power LED starts pulsating. When I switch the device back on after a few minutes (2-5), it seems to start the system as if it was off completely; I see the manufacturer's BIOS - Logo and get asked for the Kubuntu Disk encryption password. After that, the Plasma startscreen is shown and all my applications are closed. When I start Chrome, I get asked if I want to recover the previous session.
This seems as if "Suspend to RAM" is not working at all, but crashing or such.
I use a Dell Latitude E7470 laptop.
I do not even know where to start looking - does anybody have an idea on this?
Best regards,
Marc
