Applications listed in "Event source:" In the "Notifications -- KDE Control Module"

I would like to act on specific notifications from an application (KStars) however I do not see it listed in the dropdown of the Notifications Module.
Is there anyway to add KStars to this list?

KNotification

The kcm notification module (kcmnotify) is showing the config files from the .../knotifications5/ directory.
