[PLASMA 5] DSL account in 15.04 doesn't connect

My installation of Kubuntu 14.10 works just fine.

I installed Kubuntu 15.04 to another hard drive to test it, and can not get my DSL account to connect.

Error message indicates PPP failed to activate.

Any tips other than stick with 14.10.

Update.

It appears that even though I created the account in the Connection editor, and pppoe is installed, it won't connect when I click "Connect".

I found some instructions here that helped ADSLPPPoE - Community Help Wiki but still think a user should not have to be a CLI guru to setup a DSL connection.

I encountered the same problem when I did a DU of my Ubuntu 14.10 on another drive. All the files downloaded and installed just fine. No network on the Reboot.

Not being able to setup a DSL connection using the Connection editor is a major fail in my book, but at least now I can play with configuring my Kubuntu 15.04 on the other drive and see what I will have to do to this setup when/if I upgrade.
