I have updated two machines to test kubuntu 15.04 before the release and I have seen similar problems on both. The problems one one seemed to be resolved after I purged the nvidia drivers. The other one uses fglrx. I am not sure what package to report a bug for. It could be fglrx but since I have seen similar issues with two different machines with very different hardware I am suspicious it is an issue between the plasma framework and the graphics drivers.
Does anyone have any advice on how to report this? Or do you know if this is a known issue? I have looked but have not been able to find it reported already.
