Reset graphics. Restart subsystem effects.

Sory for my bad english.
Hello. I have a problem with kubuntu desctop and graphics.
Sometimes PC is not answer on 10-15 seconds and i'v got a message:
"subsystem desktop effects was restarted due to reset graphics"
Happens PC not answer to reload.
What could be the problem?

System info:
Kubuntu 14.04
KDELibs: 4.13.3
Qt: 4.8.6
Core: 3.13.0-36-generic
Arch: 64

If you do not care about desktop effects, turn them off in System Settings.

If you want desktop effects, the usual advice is to at least turn off Blur and see if that solves the problem.

Reset desktop effects to default settings.

rm ~/.kde/share/config/kwinrc
kwin --replace&
