From what I've been able to see Plasma 5 looks and feels fantastic, so this problem has been a bit of an issue that I can't figure out.
Plasma 5 loads fine on my desktop when I'm at the computer. I've been trying to get it to work in VNC/X2Go without any success. Plasmashell/Kwin/Kded5 crashes multiple times and I never see a desktop. I just did a clean install of Kubuntu 14.10 with Plasma 5 and did all the updates, but it didn't work in either VNC/X2Go before or after the updates.
Was wondering if anyone had this issue and if there's a workaround or fix. I'm on a Dell Optiplex 740 w/ Geforce 6150LE video chipset (nouveau driver would lock up completely, currently using the Nvidia-304 driver).
