lost network manager from System Tray

    lost network manager from System Tray

    hi,

    ive lost the network manager from the System Tray, not sure why.
    Checked System Tray Settings for visibility. Network Manager not there! (no entry for it)
    wireless previously configured works fine.

    where is it? did it dissapear with last udate?

    really need it for when im out and about and need to connect to my iphone.

    could someone please help me

    Have you right-clicked on the System Tray and clicked on System Tray Settings to see if Network Management got unchecked?
    Windows no longer obstructs my view.

      sudo apt-get install plasma-widget-networkmanagement

      have no idea why it dissapeared in the first place

        yup. did all that,
        i think it must have dissapeared with the last recent dist-upgrade which was within last 24 hours,
        and i dont do that too often
