No Panel In Other Activity?

Is it possible to have no panel one Activity but have one in the other? I would like to set one up with a minimal task bar (using a widget).

Panels are not linked to activities so are common to all activities. So no, I do not think it is possible at the moment.You could try raising a feature request if it is important to you.

Not important, it would be fun to have a fresh look on another activity.
