    KolourPaint resource icons missing?

Several weeks ago, on both my computers (X1 running Precise, T520 running Oneiric), KolourPaint began exhibiting a problem. It looks like some of the resources it would use for icons have gone missing:

I've been hoping that an update might fix this, but apparently not. Anyone have any ideas what to check?

    sudo Kolourpaint --visual

    then LowColor or HighColor

    woodsmoke

      Thanks, but alas, no change...

Sorry I can't find the page for you now but some googling suggested KolourPaint has a rodepend on Oxygen-Icons, (a run once type dependency check?) so maybe a re-install of KolourPaint in light of Oxygen-Icons receiving an update a few weeks back might do the trick?
        Kubuntu 12.04 - Acer Aspire 5750G

Didn't work. I purged KolourPaint and reinstalled it; no change. I purged it again, installed oxygen-icon-theme-complete (already have the base oxygen-icon-theme) and still no normal KolourPaint.

Time to file a bug, I guess. Does anyone else here have the same problem?
