[SOLVED] What file or files does KMenu store its settings in?

The subject pretty much says it all. I wanted the identical [HIGHLY customized] menu for one user to be copied to another user's account. I copied the following, which are located in ~/.config/menus:

    applications-kmenuedit.menu
    applications.menu
    settings.menu
    and, recursively, this directory:

    applications-merged
But user2's menu is not the same as user1's, so I've obviously missed something.

In ~/.kde/share/config, these two files (I was looking for *menu*) don't seem to have anything to do with it:

    kmenueditrc
    kservicemenurc
So what am I missing? Which file(s) need to be copied to give one user the same menu as another user?

Depending on your modifications (if you have edited or created menu items), try including the desktop files in ~/.local/share/applications.

Thanks, kubicle--I'm off to give that a whirl right now!

ETA: That worked. There were a few things I needed to tweak, but for the most part it's great. Thanks again, kubicle.
