plasma desktop crashes every time i remove my wireless-usb device

I recently installed Kubuntu alongside Windows 7. Kubuntu works just fine but whenever I plug out my Belink wireless usb device, the plasma desktop simply hangs and does not respond. After a while, the standard message saying the plasma desktop has crashed shows.

My computer's specification are as follows:
4 GB RAM
Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo E7500
2.93GHz
The motherboard is an Asus motherboard.

Are you disconnecting from the wireless connection before you unplug the Belink device?
