    [SOLVED] Unable to update User Profile

    I have a fresh install of Kubuntu 11.04 ... moved from Ubuntu 11.04 (dont care for Unity) and this is a fresh install, no Ubuntu installed at all on the machines.

    I was in the system settings (sorry doing from memory) and was updating my user profile where you can add a picture.

    But when I click on the area to add a picture to my user profile, I get a message that the service has been disabled by the administrator. Which would be me as I am the only one using the computer.

    Where can I find what is causing this error?

    Thanks!!

    Re: Unable to update User Profile

    open:
    system setting -> login screen->Users

    look on the right hand side you will see a group called "user image source", by default its set to "system" you want it set to "user/system" hit apply then under
    system settings -> about me you can change your picture.
