KDE 4.5.4 (but it's been this way in earlier versions also)
System Settings > Account Details > Password & User Account > click to change your image and you get told "Your adminstrator has disallowed changing your image."
Launching either kdesudo systemsettings or kdesudo kcmshell4 kcm_useraccount results in 'root' being the user who is accessing the utility, so you would be changing the image for root only - not what I want to accomplish.
Is it even possible to change your image?
Added: Never mind. I think I asked this once before. I use a Themed Greeter, and I believe that is why you can't change your image. If I don't use a Theme, then I believe I can change/select an image.
