How to configure screensaver with KUBUNTU?

I'm a little lost as to how to configure the screensaver I downloaded. There's no option to choose it. Any suggestions or tips?

What screensaver did you download specifically? What is through one of the package managers like Synaptic or KPackageKit?

Most likely, all you will need to do is click on the "K" Start button, as I call it, and then click on "System Settings." After that, when the corresponding window appears, click on "Desktop" and then "Screen Saver." It should be in the list in th e white box just right of the menu.
