[SOLVED] How to change panel clock to 12-hour?

I cannot find any setting to change it.
This was an issue in PCLOS gnome and openSUSE gnome, it was impossible to change it to 12-hour with a British locale but they displayed 12-hour in KDE.

In kubuntu it's the opposite, gnome shows 12-hour fine but no options in KDE that I can find.

I can also right click on the panel clock and change format there.

Go to Systemsettings > Locale > Country/Region and Language. On the "Time and Dates" tab, select "HH:MM:SS" from the "Time format" drop down.

The adjustable clock plasma widget (package plasma-widget-adjustableclock) has more options to change the way time is displayed. If you use the "regular" digital clock plasma widget, it takes it's time format from locale (which you can change in SystemSettings).
