This may be by design, but when you click/double-click (depending on how you have this feature configured) on a folder shown in this widget (I have the Folder configured to show my /home directory), Dolphin - Root is launched and not non-root dolphin.
Right-clicking on a folder shows:
in that order.
Right-clicking on an empty are within the Folder View widget shows Open With Dolphin - Root. I can understand that, as the widget itself is in the systems file hierarchy, not my users /home file hierarchy.
What I don't understand is why root dolphin is the 'preferred' application when opening folders in this widget, especially as I have designated my own users /home directory as the one to be shown.
Now, I can just right-click on my displayed folders and choose to Open With > Dolphin but why should I have to do that? Double-clicking is the 'normal/expected' behavior of a user.
I suspect that Dolphin - Root is being launched here because it is the top listed entry in the Open With list. Can this be changed? If so, how and what file has to be edited?
