Suggestion for new upgrade notices on kubuntu.com

After the last spate of difficult upgrades to kde4.4 in karmic I would suggest the following:

    Instead of:
Packages for the final release of the KDE Software Compilation 4.4 are available.

Users of the Lucid development release can upgrade to the newest packages.

Users of our stable 9.10 release can install it from the Kubuntu Backports PPA.

If you have used Virtuoso 5.0.12 you should consider installing the "virtuosoconverter" package which will convert your existing Virtuoso data to the new format.

To update, use the Software Repository Guide to add the following repository to your software sources list:
    ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
    How about something like this:
Packages for the final release of the KDE Software Compilation 4.4 are available.

Users of the Lucid development release can upgrade to the newest packages.

Users of our stable 9.10 release can install it from the Kubuntu Backports PPA when they have been finished. We will keep you posted.

If you have used Virtuoso 5.0.12 you should consider installing the "virtuosoconverter" package which will convert your existing Virtuoso data to the new format.

To update, use the Software Repository Guide to add the following repository to your software sources list:
    ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
    Or something to that effect.

    What do you think?
HP Pavilion dv6 core i7 (Main)
    4 GB Ram
    Kubuntu 18.10
