Is there any way to easily change the video output in Dragon player to opengl? I know you can install the xine-ui player and change globally all xine preferences, but I rather no install extra players. Fglrx is pissing me off with its lack of vsync with Xv and opengl is the only way to get tear free playback at the moment.

Re: Using OpenGL in Dragon Player
Maybe this helps:
As the Dragon (KDE) is using the Phonon > Is there anyway to configure video ouput of phonon backends?
It has a link > Bug 189033 - xine backend provide more options :
...
In kdesettings/multimedia you can hardly set anything for the xine backend.
to configurate my xine backend I usually have to open xine player, make all my
configurations there and copy the one I need to
".config/kde-org/Phonon-Xine.xine.conf"
...Before you edit, BACKUP !
Why there are dead links ?
