Hi,
At my job we trying to make a linux master for deploy it, and we need to custom the default KDE4 user's profil.
We saw that in /etc/skel we can put a profil, but we not sur that it's the better way for us to give a custom profil to user. We want to have the less file to manage.
We try to put some custom configuratin files in the /etc/skel but when we put a folder inside (like the .confi who have the meu preference), when we creat a new user the other defaut folder are not created so did we have to put in the /etc/skel all a defaut usr profil ? or did we have a other way to do it ?
In Kubuntu we have this folder too: /usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings who contain the usual defaut profil do you know in which configuration script it's say to copy it inside de user home folder ?
I was thinking to find it in /etc/kde4/kdm/Xsession but nothing
Thank for you answer and sorry for my poor english
