No resume image

[Obese Outlaw]

Whenever my computer goes to sleep, I shake my mouse and my monitor is all white..there is no way to get out of it..I was fooling around while I was in it and I came to a screen that made me login and told me when I was last logged in etc..it also said there was no resume boot image..how can I go about fixing this?
