I just loaded KUBUNTU and love the eye candy but am bored with the loaded wall paper that came with it. How do I install more..? and from where?

Every wallpaper has instructions for installing.
You can also try installing from
Desktop Preferences > Desktop Theme > New Theme
then search for one and simply clicking on Install buttonEnjoy a Free and Open World!<br />http://unmundolibre.es

Thanx Staplehead, I chose oxyglass more and clicked install. Then I went to desktop theme and chose it but all I have is a blue text box that I am typing to you on...Wheres the cool green wall paper..?

Bear in mind also that you can, via the right click/desktop function have any picture on your system (or any series of pictures as slideshows are natively supported) as your desktop.
Looking at the oxyglass entry at kde.org, the green wallpaper with the fronded plant that I see is one of the kde defaults, with a few widgets. Just to clarify, a theme in kde refers to things like colour schemes and icon sets and will not of itself change the wallpaper. From within the desktop settings panel, you will see the location of the current default desktop paper. Have a browse and look at all the others in that directory.You should find the green wallpaper within there.
