I upgraded to Kunbuntu 8.10 last night and promptly made all sorts of changes to my desktop. Now I can't figure out how to undo everything. Is there a way to just go back to the default settings?

Re: How do I get KDE 4.1 back to default settings?
Quickest way (and not destructive) is to navigate to .kde/config (you will need to have view set to view hidden files in dolphin) and rename the config folder to config-old. Log out (no need to reboot) and then log back in to a brand new desktop.
Once you are satisfied that there is nothing in the old folder that you actually need (if you have set up some kde apps like Kontact etc these will be in the "resource" folder) you will be able to delete the folder.
