Making an online image as wallpaper background in KDE 4.1.1?

Hello All!
I have been unable to make an image as the desktop background. Usually I right click and set as wallpaper background. Any suggestions? Oh...it's KDE 4.1.1. Thanks in advance for any answers.

I believe you would have to save the image, instead of just setting as desktop background.
*remember, Linux is not Windows.

What I did is make a seperate folder in /home just for desktop images and save them there, then when I want to change them I browse to that folder to select the image I want.
