Way to test peerguardian plugin in ktorrent?

I have ktorrent and they have an option to load a peerguardian plugin. You must download, install, and then "convert" the file. I can download and install. However, I never see any progress during the "conversion" on a scale from 0 to 100 percent.

Upon restarting ktorrent, the program lists peerguardian as "loaded and running." Perhaps the progress bar did not reflect that the conversion was successful.

Is there a way to test if peerguardian is working?

I would convert again keep in mind that converting can take some time...

I don't know of any way to test peergaurdian.
