Aptana (eclipse) and KDE flickering

Hi,

everytime I start working with Aptana ( eclipse ) my KDE Menu and Menubar starts flickering with refresh troubles. After closing Aptana, everything is fine...again.

I thought that this was a Problem of KDE 4.0, but after upgrading to KDE 4.1 nothing changed ( same errors as mentioned above )

while open office from kubuntu repository is running it is equal to aptana:

Has aptana or oo the focus, my menubar has havy refresh/flickering troubles. After switching to firefox or anything else refresh normalize...
