KDE 4.1 Missing Country Selections

After upgrading my desktop machines to KDE 4.1 (both HH, one 32 bit, other 64bit), both machines are missing the country selection under "Regional & Language -> Country/Region & Language" under the Locale tab. It says "Country or region: Not set (Generic English). When I click "change", I get an empty country selector box.

Any ideas where my countries are?

I just upgraded to 4.1, and I do have a list of countries, when I click (..change..)
