Konq: how do I get back the dialog that asks if I want to disable javascript?

It says something like "running javascript on this page makes KHTML stop responding".

Java and JavaScript settings are found by in Konqueror > Settings > Configure Konqueror...> Java & JavaScript

Those settings don't have the thing I want.

      Here's the proper text:

"A script on this page is causing KHTML to freeze. If it continues to run, other applications may become less responsive.Do you want to abort the script?"

You can save your response, but changing it later is not easy, because the setting can't be found in any meaningful place.
