Changing 24 hour clock to twelve hour

    Hello,

I can't find where I can change the digital clock from a 24 hour clock to a 12 hour clock? How can it be done?
The Date & Time System Settings are all greyed out and not changeable. There's no option in the digital clock settings either.

What version of KDE are you running - 3.5.x or 4.x?

Don't believe you can. I'm running HH KDE 4.01 (on my other partition) and I can't change the clock either. This will most assuredly be available when the final release of HH KDE 4.1 is released.

Okay, thanks. I just added the analog clock widget so I don't have to think to tell the time.

System Settings --> Regional & Language --> Time & Dates tab

Change the time format to pH:MM:SS AMPM.

            Restart KDE.

This works on KDE 3.5.x, but (so far) not in KDE 4.x.

Right-click, on the "Time" (bottom Right).
                  A pop-up window should appear.
                  Select "Date and Format".
                  Read, carefully, and make adjustments.
New to Kubuntu I might be, but, I figured that one out, ages ago.
All you have to do, once you have made adjustment...........is to "Log Out/Log In', again.
To make the Time change, to what you want.
