    Screen Resolution non-root users

How do I change the screen resolution for my non-root users?
Kde is selcting the wrong resolution for all but the admin account and these users can't change it themselves as adminstrator mode does not work for their accounts.
If there is no way for this to be done within these accounts, what files do I need to copy from the admin account where the monitor resolution is correct?
    Cheers.

Install "kde-guidance" it can be found it the repos, it will add a tab to the "Peripherals" section in Kcontrol called "Display and Monitor Configuration", see if that helps. If that don't help then posting the model of the video card may help us help you.
