For those who may want to know about any customized logon themes.
Well, I was able to get my customized Theme to work in KDE4. Modified "kdm.d" to what I wanted and
. Theme locations appeared to be the same as well as the file mentioned above.
Edit: Not to confuse things but "kdm.d" is a folder located here "/etc/default/" modifying the file "20_kubuntu_default_settings"
