    Time clock synchorize how to

I used to synchorize the time clock with time server and this worked fine on Kubuntu, there is also such option on Ubuntu but doesn't seem to work, I already installed NTP support and there are lot of time servers on the list (right click on the task bar time clock......) and I selected all, but then the 'synchorize now' button disabled, it was enabled before I install NTP support, and I don't see the time clock changed, how does this thing work anyway ?

I know on Kubuntu if I changed clock settings you won't notice the change till next reboot.

Thanks, I did exactly just that, on Kubuntu I can force it to sync. by uncheck and check again the synchonize box and apply change, but the synchonize button is disabled on Ubuntu, I've to check if reboot force a sync.
