Not half as cool as any of yours.
*note the system settings window is NOT transparent, it's a background image.
The theme is CrystalColor, with an icon set by Everaldo (sp?) called Crystal SVG.
And as for configuring it, about 5 mins, 4 and a half to d/l and 30 secs to install :P.
For November:
same icons, Dark-Style theme, custom colour settings, SuperKaramba SuperMoniter in top right, Mac-Style topbar.

I change my desktop like everyday but here's tonights:
Hacked Ubuntu Wallpaper - Crystal Clear icon set and Liquid Weather ++ (KDE 3.5 B2) on the desktop (All on KDE-Look.org ) Pretty clock in the corner is StyleClock which is on KDE-Apps.org by that name.
