Apparently one CAN make a living doing what many of use here do - being human search engine operators for other people's queries.
Pay is pretty sweet, too.

Well, one positive is that this job does not seem to require that I run Windows on my PC
The negative is that I still have to do things on Windows via Amazon Workspaces, and there my shiny new bluetooth trackpad is wonky every now and again. I was thinking it has crappy Linux support, but I then recalled I was running Workspace full-screen on both monitors, and once I popped into a normal desktop, it was fine.
I didn't realize you were writing about a real job.
You can always run Win10 in a qemu+kvm vm, if your laptop is beefy enough.
Ya do what ya gotta do to put groceries on the table and keep the electricity and Internet connected.

Amazon Workspaces is just a remote virtualized Windows desktop (DaaS), no need to boot that dusty W10 install at all.
I imagine it is using Docker or something similar.
Pre-configured, software pre-installed, secured, etc etc.
We had moved to this sort of setup at Harbor Freight, though they had their own internal setup for remote PC desktops, not using a third party like Amazon.
