Well, I liked the little "birdie" one better - more immediately informative - but this one is funny, so...
Note:
In case an explanation is necessary:
- "Pulling one's leg" is idiomatic for "making fun of someone". Hence the expression: "Pull the other one, it's got bells on it".
- In golf, a "birdie" score has a little circle around a number.
