Website warning. What's this mean?

Only one of my daily websites started giving me this warning yesterday and I have not been able to get in since.
Anyone know what this means or if I can fix it?

That is an error in the website code. Unless you are the owner of the site you can do nothing except alert the owner of the error. Hopefully he'll fix it (and stop dumping raw error messages for the whole world to see...).
