    Password managers

I have been using lastpass for a long time, but it's browser extension for firefox is severely limited compared to chrome. I'd really rather not use chrome at all but I love having a fairly secure database of passwords at my fingertips.

I've tried keepass, but it's just too much crap to set up, lastpass is a few cliks to have all the functionality readily available and working correctly (except firefox ).

Does anyone have a really smart, fast to setup and convenient to use password manager solution?

Integration with android would be a big plus, but not necessary.

I read positive things about DashLane but never really looked into it as I am quite happy with LastPass + Firefox. Been using it for a couple of years now. Like for you, Chrome is not an option for me. Whenever I need an alternative browser to test things I'd go with Brave rather than Chrome. But Browsers is a different subject altogether :-)

Back to LastPass, what is it that's available on Chrome but not on Firefox?

After messing with different password managers, etc., I settled on a simple Calc spreadsheet file that I encrypt.

When you click the extension in firefox you can access your passwords, sure, but you have to open the edit function to see the password/username, etc. On chrome there is extra functionality, you can simply click and get the username/password copied to clipboard without editing the site. For example. It's fewer steps and more bells and whistles in chrome, you would have to try yourself to see all the details.
