I would add something I discovered lately. Sometimes you press your BIOS access key during POST but for some reason you miss getting into BIOS. So try pressing and holding down your BIOS access key while the computer is booting, from the very start of the process; or, if you are in Kubuntu or your OS, and you press re-boot, at that very time you should press and hold your BIOS access key.

Method 3: Use a Linux Command

If you're running a modern version of Linux such as Ubuntu, you may be able to get to the BIOS by typing

sudo systemctl reboot --firmware

at the command prompt.
