I thought 18.04 was releasing today. The download Kubuntu page only goes up to 18.10.1. Was the release delayed?

I have been testing Bionic Beaver ever since I installed it on Kemu VMM, and have updated it almost every day. I kust finished doing the most recent updates, including the new kernel (4.15.0-20). Can I assume that I now have the same Kubuntu 18.04 LTS that is now being downloaded (except for what I installed, such as Ksudoku)?Comment

That explains why it was so late in the day. Suggestion, put a message at the top of the Kubuntu download page "new releases might be delayed a few days or hours due to last minute showstopper Bugs being discovered. Please be Patient."
